Southern Louisiana | IN Grain Farmer: thanks for that post. I am still giggling. I sent this to some of my pals. Earlier posts about blaming someone else for stupidity. I have made mistakes mixing and spraying in the past, but I always blamed myself rather than others. If I didn't mix or spray, and someone else made the mistake, I still say the buck stops here and I should have trained, managed, or supervised better. Or maybe fired some help and didn't.
When a major company flops and stocks plummet, usually the CEO is the first to canned, even if the mistakes made were well below his pay-scale and experience. | |
