I wouldnt count on it. Complete disaster down here last year, and nothing other then crop insurance if you choose to take it. Not complaining though
should be SURE money available if you are eligible for the program, believe they will check to see if you qualified by late summer/early fall of 2012
at least that is how that program has worked in the past for our area, disaster in 2011=potential SURE payment in late 2012 |
