Central Illinois | He was correct, but not just in his prediction of price. Right from the git-go, he said that anyone believing the acres and yield predicted by USDA was wrong. And, he made a lot of sense. How could anyone reasonably expect that many acres to produce that kind of yield? It's one of those moments when you look back later and say, what were we thinkin? I don't care how great ND is (nothing personal guys), but it ain't going to replace Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Missery!
