Formerly NE North Dakota, now NW MN | The fed has "pledged" they will not raise rates until 2014 at the earliest. My half baked theory is that, if thats the earliest they would move, then it's safe to say they won't move until 2015 because of political calculations.
Kinda like promising your wife "I will not plant corn on our farm until December 2014" which is in essence really a pledge not to plant corn on your farm until at the earliest march 2015. |
