I'm guessing they are not expecting a check in the mail this year. They might hit you with a late fee or something. I think it's a bunch of crap myself. Just a way for the companies to Make a little extra fee.
All a shell game by the gov. Moving two years priemum into one fiscal year so they can show a cost savings.
