Not the companies. Every dime you pay in MPCI premium plus interest is deposited to a government account. Government is 'cooking the books'. Physical year ends Aug 31. Adding income (premium due) to this year, delaying expense (dcp) to next year. Anything to make our Goverment leaders look better.
