folks in fairbury, il pretty well think rents are stabilizing for next year...those yr to yr ones anyway
heard those flex leases are falling by the wayside...landowners want only cash rent now...no, flex...lived briefly, though...
just couldn't compete with folks "peace of mind" with those cash rent folks...they were wanting stability i suppose in a very unstable financial environment... | |
