North Central Illinois | Anyone's guess at this point I suppose. My guess would be that you see little or no change but probably not going down any. Landlords are going to figure that everyone has had a couple of good years and that may or may not be the case , so they will think that they can afford a bad one. If Corn prices stay above six bucks until after the first of the year I just don't see any rent going down. Might even go up. | |
