WC MN | I'm in that area, and if land prices get to that level in 2 years it is setting some up for failure. We have been fortunate the last few years, but we can thank mother nature. If weather goes back to normal, kind of like we are seeing now, it will make a lot of farmers look like pretty bad producers. When weather is great everyone looks like a good farmer, and when the weather is adverse it will separate the good from bad and I don't think that will mean $7000/ac. | |
