east central ND | Two sales in the RRV between Hillsboro and Grand Forks went mid to upper 5,000 range. It was reported to not be top notch farmland. One sale last fall about 30 miles NW of Fargo went to the mid 5,000, reported good ground that was 25% higher price than expected. Now having said that, 5 or 10 years from now that may look cheap, or just insane.
