| I don't think Farmers Mut is even close to being the biggest, but thats a guess. And I doubt they are the highest rated, although I wouldn't worry at all about any company with an A rating. Farmers Mut is solid. Nor would I worry if an agent doesn't fully understand the reinsurance system. Not his responsibility nor is there anything he, or anyone else, can do about it now. The claims will be a mess, servicewise, but they are starting way early so that will help some.
Think of it this way. It's going to be like every auto policy has a claim at the same time. Gonna take a while to get thru them all. Hang in there. This too will work out. Eventually.
