Why not look at geo thermal, its expensive to install but if u make it big enough you can put ur house on it to. With the heat the last few weeks the shop has stayed 75. Our monthly bill has yet to be over 30 dollars for heat and cooling, also have in floor heat that it runs. Shop is a 60 by 80 by 18, house is 3200 sq ft. Just something for u to think about
