Subject: Tilled and no tilled crop comparison


Corydon, IA

Last fall we chisel plowed part of this flat and then worked it with the soil finisher this spring before we planted. The beans in the worked ground are about 4 to 6 inches taller than the no tilled and alot more bushy. Seen that all spring here everywhere with corn and beans. Did seem to get some more weeds stirred up though with the tillage.
