Subject: Re: 9460r vs. 450 Quad

i personally don't own a quad, but i know several others that do. the quads are the only tractors that will work in their situation. every one i know that has them are using them to pull pans or deep till rigs. i have heard that aren't the smoothest on the highway. they are high maitenace. if ya don't check the oil in the your hubs, roller and idler wheels from time to time you WILL become a parts mans best friend. tracks are about $10k apeice. i would go with the camoplast brand too. they are expensive but the quad will go where wheeled or other branded tracked tractors can't. the power IS on the ground with the quads.
