Subject: double crop beans are up

north central indiana
I planted these the 21 of june and have got over inch on them and they are sprouting. The ground was harder than a rock so hopefully they all come up. Some spots I was barely in the ground. The good ground planted okay though so should be alright. Then all I have to do is spot in hilltops maybe. I think im okay if we get a few more rains and get canopied fast. These are 3-20 from pioneer and I put out 93-82 treated beans also. They were 2500 seed per pound on the 3-8. They were both planted at 250000 figuring at least 10 percent loss to crappy planting conditions puts me at around 220000 final stand hopefully. Its in 8 inch rows for a fast canopy mainly to utilize the water and lose it thru the plant. If it stays dry I don't want water wasting into the air in 16 inch rows vs the 8 inch. Either way very glad to get a rain on them and watch them start
