St. Clair MN; Casa Grande AZ | No shots needed.
I've been there many times, the first time there you might get a little queezy stomach, but next year you won't.
I eat eveything, even the street vendors, and drank everything too (except the shellfish which I determined I was allergic to).
If you are worried, go all-inclusive. But after the 2nd day, their cheap buffets are pretty boring, and there is only so much warm beer or watered down drinks you can enjoy.
And if you are wearing a colored all-inclusive or cruise ship bracelet, be ready to approached by time share salesmen and vendors like maggots on a dead animal in July.
