Riley County Kansas | I wanted to know what all of you guys pay your help that can do anything from A to Z and do it very well? I dont have to give any instructions at the beginning of the day they just do it and they get along and work very well together. They spray all the crops, plant all the crops and run the trucks at harvest do all the vet work with the cattle, check hfrs at 2 a.m. build new fence I mean you name it they do it. I just want to be fair to them and pay a good wage. I appreciate all your input. | |
