North West IA/western AZ | Menards building erected in '79, 48' wide with 2-12'sliders. The sliders have become hard to open and they can't be raised any more. I'm thinking the poles are rotting and settling. Building is fully concreted and lined with plywood so any changes will be difficult. Has anyone jacked the poles up and secured them with heavy angle or something like that? I know about the precast bottoms, but they are super high priced due to freight. Can I dig out the old post and poor it full of concrete and rebar? | |
