Northwest Illinois | It sounds like it needs more than cosmetics. The comment about it being 'not stuck' tells me you also need someone to make it run, which could be a huge can of worms. They better take a long vacation if you want it done right and turn the key when they get back. The guy in Morris that was mentioned does excellent work if it's who I think it is. He did some expo quality 2 cylinders for a customer of mine from Thomson, IL. I know everybody's brother does great work (including my own) but you really need to see some finished projects before turning some stranger loose with your tractor.
