Whatever it is, it hides well.  Still haven't seen anything but just a little scat.......like a tomato worm.   Positive it's not rabbits.........planter is 4' off the ground.  Have dosed it with a little Sevin, hopefully that takes care of the intruder and it comes back again.  Thanks for the guidance.
