I take gatorade bottles 15 -20 oz. fill w/ crystal lite lemonade, and freeze. 2 of these will keep a playmate cooler cold til 2 or 3 in the shade, or 6 pm in an air-conditioned cab. You can start drinking the lemonade around noon. J
