I agree that anything below 140 average would be a disaster for all of us, but there will still be a lot of pain if we don't make 150.
I also admitted to someone the other day that with rent negotiations coming up for 2013, I was hoping to see some cheap prices this fall. At 55% (maybe now 95%) sold, I am not in any hurry to make further sales, so I thought I could ride out this dip in prices. I may have to rethink my plan now. | |
