Would expect a lower open as the change in yield potential since Friday's close from the areas that had rain will more than offset the loss of yield potential from the areas that got nothing. What I am saying (but not too well) is the areas that got rain look a lot better than Friday but the other areas look about the same as they did on Friday. On the other hand weather markets trade the forecast more than the actual weather. Forecast is not too good for the dry areas. My part of south central IL had a half inch - will be gone by tomorrow then 90's and windy. We still have a lot of potential but until it rains it is just that.
