Transplanted to New Mexico | When the subsidies leave the prices will go up... the comment by the chair of the Senate Ag committee makes me wonder where she has been the last 40 years... Supply and demand will be the true rule, and I am all for ending the subsidies as soon as we charge the tariffs that other countries charge the US... Maybe we should close our borders to outside grain, meat and other farm products for a year and see how that works... Yeah I am venting and I am sure I will tick some off but this is getting out of control for sure and Washington needs to get a reality check...
