if they're older cows also give em plenty of sugar.

say a mollasses block of some type ( mollasses block w rumensin would be my choice ).

on the 2 that are not up, there's an iv your vet should have used on cattle that go down on wheat ( calcium imbalance ) that is dextrose sucrose base that might work OR just give em a bare touch of grain w 2 to 4 lbs of brown sugar mixed in for bout 2 to 3 days and they may just get up and roll w that.
