North Central Illinois | What rate did you apply it at Jay? I am with Bugkiller, I believe your OM is way too low for this product. Unfortunately the label doesn't do a real good job of conveying the importance of OM with this product. As long as you used less than 12 oz. it is on label. Anything over 12 oz. is off label with that kind of OM. They say not to use Verdict on sorghum with less than a 1.5% OM. Sorghum and corn are pretty similar in many ways and I'm surprised they would label it for corn at any rate with an OM of 1%. Unfortunately the chemical rep can claim it is on label so he did nothing wrong. He should know better. The good news is it shouldn't knock your yield too bad. One other thing. What is fertility and PH like on this ground? | |
