I have one of those inversion tables. That works for me. I go once in a while to the chiropractor. I think you can buy them off of e-bay for about $80 to $150 now. It you get one try to get one that has sone sort of padding around you ankles. The one I have hurts my ankles if I am not wearing a pair of shoes.
