central sask | All those fancy ceilings are gonna cost you in the end!!
I had 18,000 sqft of drywall hung this winter for $0.40/sqft.
BECAUSE all plain ceilings, no bay areas/juts.
They said for houses like yours they double the rate AND add for scaffold rental etc(even if they have all their own).
My exterior basement walls are ICF and they usually charge an extra 25% for that ,
but i supplied the foam adhesive and longer screws.
I made them use LOTS of the foam adhesive and drywall glue !!!
Also watch and make sure they put enough screws in the fields .
