Personally, I prefer the NiteIze nylon tool pouches.  They have several different styles and the one I carry has a top flap, which keeps things in the pouch when you are laying under something or crawling around.  They're available online and at Walmart, farm stores, and usually the big box hardwares like Menards and Lowe's - at least around here.
