| We have two, a 2010 4 cyl. and a 2011 6 cyl. both are AWD. Bought the wife the 2010 first and we really liked it but she wanted leather and heated mirrors so she bought the 2011. Daughter drives the 2010 and gets 26 everyday driving and 28-29 on the interstate. The 6 cylinder gets 23 everyday driving. I would buy another one in a beat. When we bought the 2011 test drove an Escape. We didn't like it to me the hood was too long and hard to see the corners when parking in a lot etc. I am 6'3" and have a belly and find the ride wonderful. The ride is "firm" but I like the way they drive and ride. As for cargo room we moved the daughter home from college in both Escapes this month with no problems, would have rather had the F350 but weather was threatening. I highly recommend an Escape to anyone wanting a smaller SUV. | |
