He did say if I did bid on it, he would out bid me. He does have the size to absorb the high rent that i dont. Then I would have a mad neighbor and no farmland. So I'm going to have to bid an untouchable amount. It is worth more to me than most. If I don't bid, I'm going to have to spend the next 10 years watching him pay $13 and wish it was my land.
