NC Iowa | even if a 6 or 7 year old kid is an expert operator, he is lacking one main componet. JUDGEMENT!!! that only comes with age and maturity. why do you think you can't drive a car on the highway until 14 at the youngest. if my child died because i allowed them to do something that they did not have the maturity and judgement to do, it could be the end of me too. many times on these things, that is a real possibility.
also heard a 7 year ond just recently died in a atv rollover while doing chores. | |
