Just carpet, maybe with steam cleaner but you'll never get the pad dry in my opnion.  Been there before on another house.  I pulled the pad and relaid the carpet after steam cleaning everything and running fans and dehumidifier.  PITA!

I added sewer and sump pump failure insurance for very little a year as it doesn't take much water to make a mess of a finished basement.
