The bypass surgery did it for me. Doctor said I didn't have to quit, You are just done smoking. He said smoking was a part of my last life and not a part of new life. He had done so much for me that I thought I should listen to him. Almost eight years and I still get an occasional crave for one.

First thing I did was to ban smoking from house. Painted the whole thing, give away my ash tray collection. Now I notice how bad some of friends stink from the damn smoke.
