Embarrass WI | T800 - 5/7/2012 11:13 seasoning salt and garlic powder are what we use. I like to add it a couple hours before grilling to soak in. really tasty and never need a steak sauce.

That's my favorite recipe.
My wife likes pepper much more than I do, she is always bringing home some kind of 'steak seasoning' that is pepper-based. Nothing comes close to season salt + garlic powder(In My Opinion).
We have used, and I like Alpine Touch seasoning, from Montana....not much different than SS+Garlic but all-in-one.
