Eastern Nebraska | I had migraines like that.... would get one and it would last for days.... Finally found a doctor that put me on Inderal..... a heart med (among other uses) that stops migraines.... Took it three years and did not have a migraine for over 15 years.... now I use Excedrin Migriane and it works... She needs to keep a food diary evey day and see if there is something that she is eating that triggers them... My food triggers are raw onions and to many processed meats like hotdogs along with red wine.... these are due to the nitrates in them.... I have used lavender oil rubbe on my temples and it has helped a little.... Hope this helps... | |
