Subject: Pi$$ poor corn price via Cargill Propricing

South-central Nebraska
Don't know whether to laugh or cry. Got my final confirmation of some of the Cargill propricing I signed up for TWO years ago with Marketpros Brock and Associates. $1.93 minus $.05 service fee minus $.36 basis net $1.52 cash. Not very many bushels but enough. Cargill has dropped Brock as one of their propricing options this year. I took a chance on him two years ago as part of propricing. But, there is a reason I work with an independent and try to stay away from market programs offered by Cargill. Some guys have had pretty good success. I have not over the years.
