| The air compressor went out for my down pressure on my 1760. Went to JD and replacement one is $614. Seems insane to me. My question is does anyone have a source or idea for an aftermarket one that I could buy for what would seem like a more reasonable price. I am just having to use the compressor in my truck now through out the day to keep pressure up which works but is far from ideal. Thanks for any help in advance.
btw I understand that with the value of corn/beans and the cost of seed, $614 may not be a lot in the grand scheme of things. But for what you can buy 12 volt pumps for these days seems like I should be able to find a cheaper alternative. | |
