The country of Egypt spends sixty percent of their income on food on a daily basis.
Hogs are at a four year high in terms of supply on hand. (Reason for the prices going lower as of yet.)
In the political arena, it was reported middle class America has less money now than under the previous administration.
I don't have an opinion on where prices go from here, but eventually the profit will be bid out by folks paying more rent and inputs going higher. It happens in every cycle and eventually it will happen in this one also.
