That is a good way to operate. I am quite sure I know the operation that you speak of, and they have greatly effected the way cash rents have gone in the valley. Many landowners just see the dollar signs, and I guess I can't say I can fault anyone for being lured in by that. Just hope they realize the consequences not only for themselves, but for the communites near these farms as well.
