If you ever are so bored one evening as to read through the bankruptcy documentation- there is land and such as collateral against the debt, it just seems to be in limbo as to who actually gets first claim on it between the bank and some other creditors. At least that's how it looked back in January, I haven't followed the progress of this much lately.
