+1 on what everyone else said.
Real food, prayers, help with chores, checking on their home, helping with field work if they farm, offer to drive them back and forth if need be, etc.
Don't know where they are located, but we'd be glad to help with something if we could. Drop some food, gift cards, etc. off. Email in profile if you think we could help.
