I'd also recommend the Ft. Peck Dam area (about 15 miles south of US-2). The power house tour and the interpretive center museum are quite interesting if you like dinosaurs and 1930's era construction (honestly, fascinating stuff). Stop for lunch and best ice cream in Montana at Bergie's too (east of Glasgow 10 miles).
I haven't been to the Havre under the streets yet myself, but I hear it is interesting.
