Its 5.30 AM ... and my wife and I are about to head to our local Dawn Service, where I have the honour  of reciting the Ode, which consists of..

They shall  grow  not old,  as we that are left  grow old.
Age shall not weary them,  nor the years condemn
At the going down of the sun, And in the Morning..
We Will Remember Them.
