Red River Valley | that I have been told that debt or leverage is the way to go.
In a Short time frame after those words were told to me, Four of the times that statement proved to be at the very least misguided.
mostly it turned out to be very near the end of the leverage cycle in those cases.
I think I will let somebody else lever up me I will stay with cash in my pocket.
I know, I know this time it is different
as always time will tell
