Agree it's working great. For now. Leverage making lots of people rich especially the big banks. Farmers making out well too with high crop prices and low interest rates.
When you can borrow at 3% on assets that appreciate much faster or can leverage it times 5 to 10 you're a big winner compared to any 'saver'.
