frederick, MD | He had a regular work visa, he was working for a construction company before me. He worked for me for about 1.5 years and the payroll service I use told me he was not legal anymore, his visa expired. So I called around to try to get him another one and I was told that he can't get one if he is here illegally, he needed to go back to mexico and reapply. So he went back home, I applied for an h2a visa, seasonal thing that's all I can get. That was 3 months ago. Haven't heard anythbing. Call the immigration people and they say its still be processed. | |
