| Seems like the new way would be correct to me. That's the way every new planter I've seen is plumbed. Granted those are mostly red ones, on newer red tractors. Only three things I know of that are frequent causes of blown seals.
1. No case drain on a motor that requires it.
2. No case drain on a motor that requires it.
3. Pulling the remote running your fans back to neutral instead of float.
I would tend to believe the first dealer doesn't know what he's talking about. Easiest way to tell is look at your motors and see if they have two ports or three. | |
