Orange County NY | I just spent about a hour on the DOT web page getting a USDOT number for my 3/4 ton truck and cattle trailer that have a combined GVW over 10000#. If your not aware of this many states are requiring a number as of July 5 2006. Word on the steet is DOT will be holding "fund raisers " soon after the deadline. They like to hold these fund raisers just outside our local markets in NY NJ or PA.
