I would check with your state Farm Bureau. That is who is putting out the news here in NY.
Makes a difference if you run your trucks out of state. Since we farm 20 miles from both NJ and PA we need Interstate as well as Intrastate paper work. It get complicated, I,ll probably learn more after I get stopped in a check point.
